Antonietta Collins
Antonietta Toni Gonzalez Collins is an Mexican American journalist. She works as an ESPN anchor on news, and she hosts SportsNation at times. She started working for ESPN in the year 2016. The child of TV journalist Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta is native to two languages. Since she was nine years old, her ability to converse in two languages led to her obtaining the job she wanted in Miami as a production assistant at Univision. In this role, she had the opportunity to work with national producers, such as Nuestra Belleza Latina. Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud. The CBS subsidiary of St. Petersburg hired her after this as a sports reporter. She moved to Rio Grande Valley in 2009 to work as a reporter on the Spanish channels KNVO TV 48 Univision, and Fox2 News. Reports on her show covered immigration issues drugs, immigration, as well as others on the Texas and Mexico border. Also, she was an anchor and Spanish reporter for the newscast of 5 p.m. and anchor and reporter on the newscast of nine p.m. with a reporter and anchor in English and again also a Spanish reporter from 10 p.m. In addition, she was used on occasion as a weather and sport anchor. Deportes 23 is Univision Dallasstation, which is where she takes on more responsibility. She reported on the Major League Baseball ALDS ALCS World Series and Dallas Cowboys, NBA postseason, Finals FC Dallas as well the Dallas Stars. The Univision 23 channel also produced her local sports program Accion Deportiva Extra, on where she was anchor. She became a sports host for the morning program of Despierta America Deportes. As a sports anchor, she worked for Primer Impacto (a network magazine) and Contacto Deportivo (a UniMas Network sports program). Antonietta Collin's parents were originally from Veracruz Mexico. In Mexico City she was conceived on the 22nd November 1985. She is younger than her sister. There is an older sibling. She divorced her parents shortly thereafter and, in 1995, she married an naval designer by the name of Fabio Fajardo. Fabio Fajardo died in 2006 due to kidney cancer. When on vacation, Antonietta stayed at the home of her sister in Canton Ohio. Her older Collins sibling had recently gotten a new job. Antonietta had just graduated high school, but was already aware of the things she wanted to do. It was an amazing campus. The university also provided her with the program she was interested in. She finished school and enrolled at the university with an undergraduate major in media studies. Mark Bergmann, her professor who was also the manager of the WRMU's 91.1FM station for which she worked for many years, became a friend. Her professor Mark Bergmann inspired her by his love of journalism. He also deeply impacted her.
